example the filters for de.test are contained in the file de.test.dat.

Thanks so much, Hartmut! I have one newsgroup that can't be easily read without a 100 or so filters, and it's so
time consuming to rebuild that file, every time something messes up the news server message numbering system. :)

P.S. - Keep a watch out for another plea for me.... so far I can't find the right files. I'm new to Win 7 and
absolutely detest it!!! I can't find *anything* any more. I want my XP back!!! ;) I found a profile file 8
levels deep... but it's not what I am looking for. :(
