Are you using an ad blocker or other add-on that conceals the "Go" image?
Somehow, the "Image Manager" had been set to "Block all images from this
site". As soon as I changed that to "Allow Images ...) it worked okay.
This is the first time I ever used Image Manager and, in fact, I don't
ever remember seeing it before. How long has it been around?
