If you do CTRL-U with any list message open, you'll see (among all the
other chaff) the following near the top:
List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.mozilla.org/options/support-seamonkey>,
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe>
I suggest you send a message to that email address, with the subject
"unsubscribe."
This procedure -- looking for an unsubscribe link this way -- works for
many mailing lists; you might remember it for the future.
