I have had this problem for months now, and existed with the last 3-4
versions of SeaMonkey that I have been using. Probably started with
version 2.8 or thereabouts.
The problem is, is that sometimes a web page will get "stuck", and will
keep trying to load more information, even when it appears that the web
page is complete. The SeaMonkey icon in the right corner of the
navigation bar shows that the page is still loading, and the green
indicator in the lower right shows activity, as well. Clicking on the
"stop" button in the navigation bar has no effect.
