Also see https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796092, this will work in SeaMonkey 2.16 and above. Also we probably should/need to port the whole GUI so that a user can allow/deny access to webcams/microphone. Unless we have a GUI, this feature will stay disabled.
