Thanks.  It is the same port and same authentication (insecure plain text).

The only difference is that on SM 2.6, I used my direct email address. On SM 
2.13.2, I used my indirect, permanent alias, but that just redirects to my 
real mail address. (When comparing these setups, I was surprised to see that 
I didn't use the permanent alias on the setup on 2.6).

I did post in the mail forum at the site where this email server is located 
in case this is a server problem.
