You should only have one 'Local Folders' in your profile and will contain:
Drafts Sent Templates.msf Unsent Messages
Drafts.msf Sent.msf Trash Unsent Messages.msf
msgFilterRules.dat Templates Trash.msf

Standard warning applies:

*Backup your SeaMonkey folder - or copy your entire .mozilla folder to
another location*

For LF-1 etc., I'd look at the folder to see the date files in the
folder have been accessed. If they are not today's date and are
months/years old, then I'd simply _move_ them to another non-mozilla
backup folder (i.e., a temporary backup folder). Then restart SeaMonkey
& check to make sure that all of your accounts are working properly. If
one is missing, shut SeaMonkey down and move the folder back from the
backup folder. If all are working, keep the folders for a month or two &
then delete if you're sure you don't need anything in them.

Note: I've accumulated several of these
'somepopmailaccount.isp-1(2,3,4)' over the years as well. I generally
take a look at the .msp file to see if any of the messages are of value,
if so I keep the folder so that I can reenable that email address to
read the messages for archive purposes. I then move those to a current
account archive folder.

See:
<http://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_your_mail_storage_location_%28Thunderbird%29>
for information on moving/adding a mail/news folder.
Note: you can create a new profile, then use that to review/keep/delete
the -1,2,3 folders.
