But the original complaint (your original complaint, in fact)
was that Seamonkey Composer cannot display Javascript; since
the <noscript> element does not contain Javascript, I cannot
see what benefit would be gained by adding it in this situation.

True, but the benefit would be to inform the user that Composer
does not infact support Javascript.
