Could be the Flash plugin problem. Try this.
1. Go to: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash
2. Open mms.cfg in Notepad
3. Add this line: ProtectedMode=0
4. Save file and exit
5. Test by going to a Flash page like:
http://edmullen.net/fclock.php
I think that the "Protected Mode=0" was a cure to avoid spurious SM
dumps/crashes and nothing to do with opening a page who goes immediately
behind.
