I am also experiencing a related issue. I use websitebaker CMS and fckeditor as the wysiwyg editor. Since upgrading to 2.14, all edit boxes show source code, and there is no fckeditor panel or functionality.
Please try 2.14.1 which should fix the issue. (For the time being, automatic updates on Windows have been held back until the new release is white-listed by Norton. Feel free to download the installer if you feel you cannot wait a day or two.)
