I thought so, but I could not find it.  When I saw your reply, I
searched some more.

1.  On the SeaMonkey menu bar, go to [Edit > Preferences].

2.  On the Prefences window, select [Appearance > Content].

3.  On the Content pane, it is the next-to-bottom checkbox.

Somehow, I thought this would be under either Privacy & Security or else
Advanced.
