Probably. Such issues do not appear out of nowhere.
I'm using mail filters to move messages from my IMAP inbox automatically to

I just realized I'm faced with mail corruption myself, happening after
message moves through automatically running filters. I'm currently on SM
2.15 Beta 1 but I guess the problem still exists with Beta 3 which was
released yesterday since I saw no related fix landing anywhere recently.
For me the problem occurs with filtering from IMAP to Local Folders. As
a workaround I've disabled all filters for the IMAP account for now.

In any case I shall add a warning to the SM 2.14 and 2.15 Release Notes
ASAP.
