Thanks Hartmut. I can't reliable repeat it at will, it seems to happen
when I've a lot of tabs open. Even moving the cursor across a link &
moving it outside of the existing component window.
NoOp, I seem to recall that, some time ago, you were able to re-order
the order of tabs by simply dragging the tabs around. Could this be what
you are seeing??
