When I download an .html page seamonkey uses no longer the filename

Can I change this that it is like before?

It is the page title that is being used to name the file. This is not
good when the title includes special characters that might not be valid
in a file name.

Changing this behaviour without providing an About:config option, not good.
This affects Seamonkey more than Firefox because Seamonkey is the one which includes an html editor.
