SeaMonkey will install but not run on windows 8 anymore. Starting sea monkey will cause the mouse pointer to spin for a short time and then switch back to the appropriate pointer for where the mouse is positioned. SeaMonkey never loads far enough to appear in the running programs list by the individual user or all users.
