Hey, Smiles, when I look at your User Agent, I see....
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:16.0) Gecko/20121007 Firefox/16.0
SeaMonkey/2.13
Do you see it mentions FireFox?? So the reason you get taken to the
FireFox page is..............??
I thought this problem had been fixed several releases ago. Maybe I'm
wrong. You can get around it, in the meantime, by going to
Edit->Preferences->Advanced->HTTP Networking and de-selecting "Advertise
Firefox compatibility"
And when you've finished, don't forget to turn this pref back on, so you
can fool those annoying sites!
this box is not checked but I still get the Mozilla plugin page
showing up
Maybe because you are using an outdated SeaMonkey with outdated plugins.
Does the plugin check page indicate that your plugins are up to date?
The Firefox (not FireFox) compatibility has nothing to do with it.
they show up to date
So it shows up every time you start SeaMonkey even if you close the tab?
Do you have "Restore Previous Session" selected in your browser preferences?
