Since I've upgraded to Seamonkey 2.16, I notice that the capacity to save a password for an LDAP server is no longer there. Thus, every time I query my LDAP server for an address, I get a password prompt.

I checked a second installation of Seamonkey, and verified that I can save a password in 2.15, but when I upgrade to 2.16, LDAP queries get a password prompt.

I checked this in Thunderbird 19, and I can still save passwords there, so this looks like something specific to Seamonkey, rather than a Mozilla platform thing.

I did check the release notes for Seamonkey 2.16, and I don't see any mention of this.

Any ideas of what's happening here?
