On the menu bar select [Edit > Preferences]. On the left side of the Preferences window, select [Browser > Link Behavior]. Select what you want in the Link Behavior pane. Note, however, you might also want to do as Rufus indicated regarding the checkboxes at the bottom of the Tabbed Browsing pane. -- David E.
