Google gmail has a 10 GB storage limit and a 25 MB attachment per email limit. I download it via POP in SeaMonkey but it can also use IMAP. I have never received an email with an attachment to my gmail account but assume it would download the same as my regular account. If nobody else responds I can test attachments if you want.
