If it's an FTP server, you can use File-->Upload_File.
Most FTP servers support anonymous access making it not ask for a
username. You can force your username by inserting it into the URL, like
this:
ftp://username@servername
So if "dirk" is your username, and ftp.home.nl is the name of the ftp
server, it would look like this:
ftp://[email protected]
The server should then ask for a password, and SeaMonkey will use the
password manager to remember it.
