If it's an FTP server, you can use File-->Upload_File.

Most FTP servers support anonymous access making it not ask for a username. You can force your username by inserting it into the URL, like this:

ftp://username@servername

So if "dirk" is your username, and ftp.home.nl is the name of the ftp server, it would look like this:

ftp://[email protected]

The server should then ask for a password, and SeaMonkey will use the password manager to remember it.
