I have similar problem:
- messages from various sender (no AOL :-)
- diacritics in message panel is broken
but in Print preview, Reply, Forward, View Message Source - diacritics is
correct
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="ISO-8859-2"; format=flowed
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:19.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/19.0 SeaMonkey/2.16.2
Previous versions of SeaMonkey were OK...
Did you say that this problem is another SM one ?
