Contents of bookmark toolbar has been stable over many release. W.e.f. 2.17, contents of this toolbar are no longer shewn (though the toolbar is). View / Show/Hide has Bookmarks toolbar ticked; Bookmarks / Manage Bookmarsks shews all the normal entries in Bookmarks toolbar. Why are they no longer shewn ?
