I am not sure if this works for you, but you can try it:
1. Save https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/storage/public-staging/52809/ie_tab-2.04.20110724-fx+sm-windows.xpi to your hard drive 2. Unzip the xpi file to a temporary directory 3.
