E-mail received, Hartmut, but no added text and still no e-mail from
Ray!!
Ray has used the same e-mail address. So his mail got lost on the way to
you. Blacklist? Treated as spam? Some possibilities. None of them belong
in this group.

How about if you send a mail to Ray to discuss the problem? Do not
forget to remove his TBR's. *g*

Hartmut
Effectively i have sent twice a mail with problem and i did not receive
a mail saying:
mailbox did not exists, nor a mail telling me per exemple that this mail
has been rejected by SpamCop(or other cie)

Now it resent the same offending mail TO: Daniel with CC: Harmut Figge.

Ray, I have received your mail (this time) and I see what you are
complaining about ..... the subject of the e-mail in the thread pane is
longer than the subject of the e-mail in the preview pane!!

Easy fixed ..... keep the subjects short!! ;-)

Sorry, Ray, cannot offer any advice ..... way over my head!!

Ray, I just did a bit of experimenting (now that I know what you're talking about!) by sending myself an e-mail with a subject consisting of 1234567890 repeated seven times, i.e. 70 character subject.

Not a problem, received the e-mail with just the 70 character subject in the thread pane.

Sent myself a second copy of e-mail with a space at the end of the subject and received an e-mail with the added subject content.

Tried sixty characters plus a space, no problem.

Tried 65 characters plus space, added extra subject.

Tried 63 characters plus space, no problem.

Tried 64 characters plus space, got added subject.

So my results seem slightly different to you, Ray, but the substance is the same!
