You can also move passwords from one PC to another with the Password
Exporter extension at
<https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/addon/password-exporter/>.
The page says that it is not available for SeaMonkey 2.17.1. You can
make it available; let me know if you want the instructions for doing
that.

Please tell me how to do this. Thanks very much!

You can also do it by simply moving/replacing a file from one Profile to
another.

1) create any new Default or other Profiles you want; set the Master
Password in those Profiles to be the same as the one from which you are
moving Passwords.

2) in each Profile you will find a file with a name like 12345678.s -
make a copy of this file, and rename the copy to the same name as
created within the new Profile; replace that with this new one.

3) change the Master Password in the new Profile - *Change* not Reset!

This may also work if you have null Master Passwords in each Profile (I
haven't tried that case)...which *WHY* you should *always* use/set a
*strong* Master Password.

Your method will remove any passwords on the target computer that are
not also on the source computer.

I was strictly about transferring an entire set into a *new* or fresh Default Profile; not about moving individual ones...which was why I started by saying to create new ones.

And the security comment still stands for anyone not using a strong Master Password...consider yourself warned.
