Can't find where I saw "What's up with that", but...

still works, and so does.
<http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/>
Releases.mozilla.org no longer tracks SeaMonkey. So all
future downloads should be from
ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/....
