Thank you for all the ideas. This is what I found for my case, I have
AdBlock Plus and I had to disable it for weather.com. Everything work
fine now. I normally keep in enabled for weather.com other wise you get
to many commercials.
I have ABP, too, and I don't have to disable it. Go into the ABP options
and see if you have a custom filter that might apply.
Here's an example of the URL for one of their vids. I think you can see
why an overactive filter might block it.
