Install the SQLite Manager 0.8.0 extension.

Carefully review and set the options.

Go to Tools and activate SQLite Manager.

Select a database (places.sqlite)

Select moz-favicons.

From there I would browse the Structure, Browse & Search, Execute SQL,
and DB Settings tabs, to get an idea what you want to do.

Drop would drop the whole table. Not going there. :)

OK, I am back now for now. Wow, complex programs. I have no idea what to do to find my bookmarks with their favicon.icos. I am not a database expert too. :(
