I am encountering the random characters in the title of this post in
some Email messages. I searched the net and tried many of the
suggestions at the website below. Apparently this has been occurring
for some time by the dates on the messages of the link. Is there a
solution to the problem, or is it a bug still being worked on?? Thanks.
