Well Firefox and Thunderbird come with the Bing search plugin.

Here is the Firefox version:

http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/locales/en-US/searchplugins/bing.xml?raw=1

Save this as bing.xml and move it to the searchplugins sub-directory
where SeaMonkey is installed.
