Linux update hasn't hit ubuntuzilla, yet.

On the Windows side, I'm happy to see a number of annoyances that I've been living with in 2.17 fixed. LDAP is correctly saving passwords again (on the bugfix list).

I'm also seeing MailRedirect working again, that the Composer tool is allowing for row deletions in tables, and it seems that I'm no longer getting blank displays in context menus. I'm not seeing anything in the release notes that explicitly addresses any of these, although it looks like whatever was done in 2.17 that caused problems in these areas has been righted, so that these are no longer problems.

I'm definitely glad to see these annoyances gone.
