I'm having trouble with Roadrunner Webmail today after Time Warner

IE works OK. Their support person was useless, and blamed it on
Seamonkey. If I delete all cookies, it works for a bit, but then says
session expired again. Anyone else having problems?
That is a real mess. I tried my local RR webmail login and it just
coughs and then shows me the login page again with my login information
gone, but no error message. So, had I not read this thread I would have
had no idea what the problem might be as I rarely use webmail and had no
idea the usual webmail address doesn't work now....so I went to TWC.com
and clicked on mail and I was sent to the old RR webmail address to
login but I can't login and there is no error message.
So, I typed in the new address mentioned in this thread and I was able
to login BUT I saw only 5 messages in the Inbox. That's crazy since I
have my RR email addresses set up to keep mail on the server
indefinitely. So, I clicked on Settings and that flipped me out of the
Inbox and back to RR webmail login page where I can't login. So,I had
to type in the new address again in the address bar and I had to login
again. Clicking settings logged me out as well as flipping me back to
the old login that doesn't work.
I found that I could do NOTHING. Anything I tried to do flipped me back
to the old webmail login page.
Interesting. Is this happening in other web browsers beside SeaMonkey? I
used my very old roadrunner.com e-mail address after Adelphia died and
TWC took over.
It seems there is a problem on this webmail, but Mele20 reported issues
with SeaMonkey newsgroup:
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r28461157-TWC-Webmail-doesn-t-work ...
http://forums.timewarnercable.com/t5/Email/bd-p/email showed a few
threads about e-mails, but nothing specific about webmail and SeaMonkey.
However,
http://forums.timewarnercable.com/t5/Email/Mail-twc-com-does-not-appear-to-have-any-seurity/td-p/1921/page/2
shows TWC-PhilB saying webmail is being worked on. It sounds like it a
new webmail?
You guys might want to post in the official TWC forums to let them know
about the issues. ;)
I'm wondering if this is a cookie issue? If it we're me I'd clear any
cookies for the various webmail addresses and try again. The redirects
/could/ be based on what cookies you've all accummulated over time plus
the changes in TWC's network.
Just a thought.
