The preference variable browser.bookmarks.autoExportHTML, if set True,
will export your entire set of bookmarks from places.sqlite into
bookmarks.html.  It will be ordered the way you see it in Bookmarks
Manager.

My Toolbar or Unsorted folders are empty.  They do not export.  I don't
know if this is because they are empty or if the export function ignores
them.

"tuxfamily" is NOT an extension.  It is the original Web site for the
PrefBar extension.  It still contains additional buttons, checkboxes,
selection lists, etc, that are not inherent in "vanilla" PrefBar.
