Hi, I have the same problem .. did you resolve this issue? if so I would be

Robert, did you notice that they message you replied to was posted in
December 2010?? Might have been worth you starting a new thread as the
original post was with SM 2.0.11 and you with SM 2.19 Lots of changes!!
