Now the hard part: how do I get all my email accounts and sub folders

Sorry, I'm confused. I created a new profile and looked for it using Win
explorer. I only found one and it has the same filename as my old
profile. So.... where/how do I transfer files from my old profile to the
new.

Mr Cheese, in SeaMonkey, have a look at Tools->Switch Profiles. How many profiles do you see listed??

If more than one, switch to it and then have a look at Edit->Mail & Newsgroup Account Settings and select "Server Settings" of the Mail Account. At the bottom of this screen, you should see its "Local Directory".

Yes??
