After installing PrefBar 6.2.1 Build 20130722 with SeaMonkey 2.20 a couple of weird things are happening.
When checking boxes in PrefBar for Java and Flash to "OFF" (no check in box)and then going to another window or url or tab these two boxes are automatically turned back "ON". Anyone else see this?
