So open Manage Bookmarks (Ctrl+B), select Tools > Export HTML...,
to create that HTML file.
It doesn't appear to preserve the sub-folder structure, at least
when viewed with SM 2.17.
If I can't see it, it probably hasn't been saved. Yes, I'm known
as nitpicker ;/
