Yeah, I can reproduce this behaviour. It seems that the spacing in the
Reply, Reply All, Forward group is wider when the icons are active than
when they're not.
this is almost funny, TF, I don't have /this/ problem either.

It's a weird one. Cmd-clicking the message to select/deselect shows the
behaviour the OP discussed. Very strange.
Yeah, my -Reply, Reply All, Forward,- just grey out, they don't move.
It's gotta be theme or default font size related, are my best guesses.
