Hi Folks,
For the longest time, I haven't been able to read PDFs in seamonkey
(latest version, macintosh). I seem to have the latest version of the
Adobe plug-in, but all I get is a blank page when following a pdf link.
Firefox and other browsers work fine.
Any thoughts? Suggestions?
Thanks,
Miles Fidelman
>From the SeaMonkey menu bar, select [Help > About Plugins]. The
resulting page is NOT alphabetized. Do you see "Adobe Acrobat" with
file nppdf32.dll (possibly more than one of these)?

the Plugins icon on the left. Do you see "Adobe Acrobat" and a version
number? What is the version? What is in the selection box to the
right, "Always Activate" or "Never Activate"?
Does Adobe Reader launch when you select a link to a PDF file?
Adobe Acrobat NPAPI plug-in v. 10.1.17 - always activate; seems to
download the file then give a white screen; does NOT launch Adobe Reader
The Adobe Acrobat plugin doesn't work on Mac OS in Mozilla browsers. See
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=811085
Firefox uses a built-in PDF viewer by default so you won't normally see
a problem in Firefox. The related Firefox article is

Except when you want to fill out forms that need to be sent in.
