When I install and it gets to the end and says run....I click on run, it will bring it up and then does nothing. My cursor has an hour glass and it won't let me click on anything at all and can't even bring up task manager. I have to litterally flip my computer over and take out the battery to reboot. My husband and I are scratching our heads over this one. Have tried a couple of links that someone gave me and that has not helped either. Any suggests are most welcomed.
