I think all I did is just to install Foxit, and accept all the default installation options, including browser integration. I haven't checked the various application defs in Seamonkey.
FWIW, I'm currently running the newest 6.x release of Foxit, but I had integration (and the problem with incomplete download in the mail client) with Foxit 5.x versions.
