Hi, I am running Seamonkey 2.21 and I think the download manager settings
are broken. I have it set to open the download manager tab when starting a
new download, and that it does do, but it does not load the list of
downloads, either previous or ongoing. The download does start correctly, so
it is just the display. I don't get a progress update either. I tried having
it open a process dialog for a new download, and it does not do that, just
starts the download immediately. What's happening? And, more importantly,
frankly, how do I get the correct behavior back?
