I was working with Seamonkey Mail program and there's no problem when
I used the "send to" option; when doing the right click with mouse in
any file, inmediately a mail window opened (good!!!) but now, after
updated to version 2.22 when I do the same action there's a change, I
mean, a trouble because instead of opening a mail window, it is
opening the browser.

As the release notes state, there's a bug introduced in SM 2.22
concerning broken Send To Mail Recipient from external applications like
the Windows Explorer. It'll only be fixed in a later version.
