Replicated here, but with anomalies.  From a CMD prompt I see :

> 0/11/2013  12:06         1,719,223 seamonkey-2.22-2.22.1.partial.mar

Within Windows Explorer I see :

> seamonkey-2.22-2.22.1.partial

I.e., the extension ".mar" is suppressed (I see /all/ other extensions,
by choice, to the best of my knowledge).  I am also offered neither
"Open" nor "Open with" for this file via right-click or via right-click
with any modified key.

Windows 7 Enterprise, 32-bit edition.
