Because financial institutions want browsers to be configured
differently from how I want my installation of SeaMonkey configured, I
had to create a special profile just for those institutions. In that
profile, I set preferences for:
        allow all images
        allow all cookies
        allow popups
        enable Flash
        disable my SecretAgent extension

For a while, I also had to enable "Advertise Firefox compatibility".
Then, I discovered that was no longer needed. But you might need to do
that (which you appear to be doing already).
