Two machines, the problem only at the same two locations? I did set up both, but not at the same time, and some time ago.
Try Help -> Restart with Add-ons disabled, which will allow you to start Seamonkey in safe mode, with default settings. Or you could try adding an additional profile that has all default settings.
I don't mind creating additional profiles, but those two locations were temporary on-road stops, so I cannot create the issue at will.
