I already clean my send folder each month to subfolders using filters
You're already halfway there. You just need to create a custom filter
field "BCC", using the option at the bottom of the filter field list.
(It is called "personaliser" in french, don't know what it is called in
english.)
Once that is defined, you just have to select it like any other field.
If you want to select all BCCs, you could select contains "@", for example.
