You don't need to use the cookie manager.
1. Go to Tools-->Clear_Private_Data.
2. Uncheck everything except "Cookies".
3. Click [Clear Private Data Now].
Sorry, Chris, no "Tools-->Clear_Private_Data" showing in my SM 2.23.
