If you look at the source code of any message from the list, you should
see this in the header:
List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.mozilla.org/options/support-seamonkey>,
<mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe>
I suggest you click either link -- in the first case, follow the
instructions at the web page, in the second, send the mail message that
it creates.
That "unsubscribe" link should also be at the bottom of every message
sent to the list.
