Note (on the above screen shot) the lack of any way to make a
security exception for this "supposed" secure page.
No problem here (SM 2.23) accessing the main page, several secondary
pages, or the specific page you link above.
I went to main page with nary a question about anything, just went there
just want verify your issue.
